If that does not get you up and running then we operate a 24 hour call out service. Our engineers will attempt to repair any faults on the first visit and to makethe swimming pool or spa available to members as soon as possible.

Service Contracts

JC Leisure Solutions provide service contracts to both domestic swimming pool customers and commercial swimming pool customers.

Planned preventative maintenance in a Leisure Club reduces equipment breakdowns and overall running costs. Filters and Pumps, pipe work and valves, Chemical Dosing systems and Water Quality should all be examined for problems/faults and signs of failure on a regular, programmed basis.

These examinations allow our engineers to alert the Leisure Club operator to any problems or potential problems, which can be fixed before actual breakdown occurs.

JC Leisure Solutions offer commercial preventative maintenance service contracts for your spa bath, steam room and sauna. These service contracts can be on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, 6 monthly and annual basis. This is backed up by a rapid emergency call out service 24 hours/7 days a week.
